hi! ♡
i've always wanted a little place to write down my thoughts, share my art, and ramble about whatever's on my mind. social media is nice, but everything feels so fast there. by the time you blink, something you've worked really hard on has already disappeared into the internet void.
so... i made a blog.
if you're reading this, welcome! make yourself comfortable. imagine there's a warm cup of coffee (or an energy drink... i won't judge), a sleepy cat curled up nearby, and a sketchbook that's somehow already covered in little doodles.
i'm ivie! i'm an artist who spends way too much time drawing, forgetting to sleep, and collecting way too many references i'll "definitely use someday." i love soft pinks, cozy games, rainy afternoons, and finding inspiration in the tiniest things.
my hope for this blog is to share more than just finished drawings. i want to post works in progress, little life updates, behind the scenes, things that inspire me, maybe even tutorials or speed paints someday. i think it'd be fun to have a place that grows alongside me.
i'm sure there will be messy sketches, unfinished ideas, and plenty of "what was i thinking?" moments, but i think that's part of creating. not every drawing has to be perfect, and not every day has to be incredibly productive.
